Leadership Team to have top 3 organizational goals as common

Goal-Sheet

An employee, team, function and enterprise works best when he/she knows on what he has to do, what will be the success criteria and what are the priorities, and above all how he will build further skills & knowledge to "make it happen"?

Leadership Team to have top 3 organizational goals as common

The executive team needs to be a cohesive unit since each member has his/her own downline to manage. Hence, the top 3 organizational goals are kept as common goals in the goal-sheet of all the members of the executive team.

This pertains only to the top management team of the organization. At this level it is important that this executive team has atleast 3 goals as common in their respective goals sheets. These 3 goals are organization-level goals with the top-most priority. Having shared goals such as these reinforces the vitally required cohesiveness in the executive team. It builds a shared vision and compels them to think and talk in the same language to the employees reporting to them. This business alignment is the foundation for the overall alignment of performance objectives.
