Company Ombudsperson refers to an institution which acts like a pseudo-judge in matters of company policies. Any employee can report any misconduct, wrong-doing, harassment or violation of company policies to the Ombudsman. The company Ombudsperson must have power to terminate the services of the guilty perpetrator. Even external stakeholders can talk to Ombudsperson about any misconduct or reportable incidence which they might have observed in their official dealings with the organization.
