Employee Code of Conduct
In order to maintain the required discipline, all organizations must define a detailed code of conduct which is applicable to all employees. This is an absolute necessity as it provides an underlying skeletal structure to the process of performance.
Employee Code of Conduct is a broad term encompassing many different aspects of the way an employee is supposed to conduct him/herself while discharging official duties. It can include other policies as well. HR must publish the Employee Code of Conduct to all employees.
