Whistle Blowing refers to a channel or platform where any employee can confidentially report a serious misconduct or a violation of company rules and policies. As a policy, the organization must openly encourage whistle-blowing and disseminate information about the detailed procedure to do so. An important aspect of this process is total confidentiality and protection of the reporting employee.
