Competency sheet can be the key contributor to the Learning & Development plan of the employee. Especially so since the competency sheet depicts the learning gaps in acquiring leadership competencies which are crucial for long term growth.
Competency sheet assesses where the individual employee stands currently in terms of displaying Leadership Competencies. There is scope of improvement for almost all the employees in this area. The assessment sheet maps out the gaps in the required leadership competencies. It is upto the employee to now frame the learning and development initiatives to bridge this gap.
